A weld stud has a tapered end or pip which when melted acts to join the stud to another metal part which it is touching. Weld studs are made in steel, aluminium or brass and fixing them is achieved by using either the drawn arc or capacitor discharge welding method. We manufacture weld studs in M3,4,5 and 6 sizes in both plain and threaded designs.
